At Buketi, we sell fresh flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are flowers and other perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Flowers are living products that wilt over time and cannot be resold. We ensure your arrangement is fresh and beautiful when it leaves our florists.
If There Is an Issue
If you experience a problem with your order—such as damaged flowers, incorrect delivery, or a significant quality issue—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@buketi.mk. We will work with you to make it right.
